We begin with a Kick-off Call on Zoom to identify goals and scope. You’ll complete a short onboarding questionnaire, then we move through two focused design reviews (also on Zoom). At the end, we’ll have a Handover / Off-boarding Call on Zoom to walk you through files, usage and next steps.

To confirm your project, a deposit is required at the start. The balance is then payable upon completion of the project, unless we have arranged three staged instalments for larger projects.

You’ll be involved at the key decision points through the questionnaire, strategy conversations and design reviews. I guide the process so you don’t have to manage another project on top of your business.

Yes. Big Wave is designed for established businesses that have evolved beyond their current identity. We don’t automatically throw everything away. We look at what still belongs, what has changed and what your brand needs now.

You don’t need to. Finding the direction is part of the process. We begin with your business, personality, positioning and goals before making visual decisions.

All key milestones are on Zoom (kick-off, concept reviews, handover). For quick updates in between, we’ll use email.

Not necessarily. A thoughtful rebrand isn’t about change for the sake of change. We keep what still feels true and rebuild what no longer supports where you’re going.

We co-create from the start: discovery, positioning and two review rounds. You choose the direction after round one; we refine in round two. The outcome is aligned with the goals you want to reach.

If your business feels more established than your visual presence, you hesitate to share your brand, or your current identity represents a version of your business you’ve already outgrown, that is usually a strong sign.

Upon final payment, you own the rights to the final approved brand assets (third-party fonts/stock remain under their licences).
